Bittersweet Symphony
Mark a posé sa voie sur une reprise de Ace Enders qui a repris cette chanson pour sauver l'univers de la musique. Autres que de Mark, on retrouve Matt Thiesen, et plein d'autres artiste. Les sous récolté seront reversé à la fondation VH1’s Save The Music Foundation.
Mark dans l'émission "MADE"
Mark Hoppus a dernièrement participer à l'émission "MADE" diffusé sur MTV. Le principe de cette émission, c'est d'être coaché par des artistes dans différentes disciplines, chants, musiciens, timidité, etc... Dans cette émission c'était une joueuse de basse qui voulait se perfectionné pour gagner un concours avec son groupe. Voici donc une vidéo extraite de cette émission avec Mark :

Mark dans le clip de Fall Out Boy
Comme annoncé il y a quelques jours sur le blog de Petes Wentz, Mark sera dans le prochain clip de Fall Out Boy. Il est intitulé "I don't care", c'est le premier single du nouvel abum qui sortira le 4 Novembre prochain. Voici les photos du tournage du clip avec Mark :

Mark en studio : part 1, 2 et 3
Je suis de retour après de long mois d'absence,en même temps, il n'yavait pas plus d'info sur +44. Seuls les membres du groupes et encore Shane et Craig on a eu quasiment aucunes nouvelles sur eux. Mark lui a bosé sur la production du nouvel album de New Found Glory, Travis à quant à lui tavaillé sur un album solo de remix de chanson rap comme Soulj boy avec "Crank that", Flo Rida "Low", et The Games "Dope boys", etc... Voilà les dernières infos. Mark a posté de nouveau articles sur son blog avec une photo et des vidéos. Une photo du studio et des vidéos où on le voit enregistrer des démos, de +44? Là est la question. Mais c'est déjà ça de pris :

Blog de Mark update
Voici un nouvel article de Mark dans son blog, où il nous parle de l'enregistrement de l'album de NFG, qu'ils ont terminé la partie batterie et débutent celui des guitares principales. Il parle également du site de Chad moviescenester.com. Voici l'article de Mark :
"Chad Likes To Go To The Movies
here in the studio with new found glory. two weeks into it now. finished all the drums in a few days, and now getting into the main rhythm guitars. chad wanted me to let you know that he has a website devoted to movies, and he wants you to sign up for it. the site is moviescenester.com. i got all cocky and told him i’d double his subscriber base just by posting about it here, so please don’t make me a liar. then i’d be forced to apologize to him, which would suck.
the record is coming together really well. we’re all stoked. the songs they wrote are great. i think everyone will be pleased. photos and updates as soon as i stop being lazy. that is all for now."

Mark dans un dessin animé.
Dans une interview donnée par NFG France, Jordan Pundik (New Found Glory) annonçait qu'il posait sa voie pour un dessin animé. On retrouve également nôtre chère Mark Hoppus, Justin des Motion City Soundtrack et Adam des Taking Back Sunday. C'est l'histoire d'animaux dans un zoo, ce sera une série diffusé sur Cartoon Network. Voici l'extrait de l'interview de Jordan donnée par NFG France le 21 Février avant son concert au Trabendo à Paris :
"As-tu déjà songé à t’investir dans un side project? Ex marque de vêtement, production…
Eh bien tu vois j’adore essayer de faire des choses nouvelles tu vois en dehors comme en ce moment, je fais du doublage dans un dessin animé. Il n’est pas encore sorti, mais ça avance, ça s’appellera « Le Zoo »et c’est moi et Mark Hoppus de « BLINK » ; moi et Mark Hoppus et Justin des « Motion City Soundtrack » et Adam des « Taking back Sunday » et on enregistre nos voix pour le doublage des animaux d’un zoo qui ont un humour grossier tu vois et ça sera diffusé sur Cartoon Network ; oui je crois que ce sera sur Cartoon Network,
- Quand ça ? Je ne sais pas encore car on travaille toujours dessus. On espère que ça sera une série."
Et confirmé par Mark dans son blog, où il nous dit qu'il posera sa voie pour un éléphant :
"finally, i’m doing the voice of an elephant in a new animated show that is being created right now. a lot of cool, creative people and musicians are involved. it is still in it’s early days, but we’ve teamed up with our friends who produce robot chicken and will be taking it to networks in the next few months. i don’t know what i am allowed to tell you about the show right yet, but my character is an elephant, and the show is rude enough to probably only be allowed on adult swim or hbo. awesome."

Blog de Mark update
Nouvel article dans le blog de Mark, où il nous parle qu'il a réussi a prendre des vacances malgré qu'il est occupé avec ses productions celui de Koopa, le mois passé et New Found Glory le mois prochain. Il nous montre une photo d'un poisson qu'il a pris pendant ses vacances et dit qu'il se prend pour Jacques Cousteau. Voici cet article :

"wow it’s been a while. just got home from a week of vacation in st thomas. i had to go out and get a good tan (meaning “heat rash”) in between recording the koopa record last month and the new found glory record next month. i know that many of you are anxious to hear about what’s up in +44 world, and we are still in pre-production. although i have half a mind to post one of the demos up here one of these days. i wonder if the label would sue me if i did? can they do that? probably, right? anyway, instead of a demo, i will post a photo i took of a fish while i was on vacation. that’s right. i took this picture. i am the new jacques cousteau. i need one of those orange beanies…
by the way, our old friend jon kalter was IM’ing me yesterday and saying that he has a few great stories to tell, so i think we’re going to call and record his stories and put them out in podcast form. they better be good, jon. people can’t have any half-assed podcasts, you know. your stories better be up the high journalistic integrity of all the previous hiynameismark podcasts. the pressure is on, now dazzle us.
finally, i’m doing the voice of an elephant in a new animated show that is being created right now. a lot of cool, creative people and musicians are involved. it is still in it’s early days, but we’ve teamed up with our friends who produce robot chicken and will be taking it to networks in the next few months. i don’t know what i am allowed to tell you about the show right yet, but my character is an elephant, and the show is rude enough to probably only be allowed on adult swim or hbo. awesome.

Mark Hoppus producteur du prochain NFG.
Mark Hoppus devrait produire le prochain album de New Found Glory, en tout cas c'est se qu'a confirmé Jordan Pundik le chanteur du groupe, après un show donné Lundi dernier (19 Mai) au webzine "Mamothpress.com", NFG entre en studio en Juin donc Mark le sera aussi, après avoir produit Socratic et viens tout juste de terminer la production de celui de Koopa, Mark enchaine les productions avec NFG? quand va t'il s'arrêter? A quand va t'il se consacrer à la production du prochain album de son groupe +44? Voici l'extrait de l'article de "Mammothpress.com" :
"and learned a few updates on the new album. The band is currently finishing pre-production and is set to head into the studio June 2nd to record with Mark Hoppus producing. Jordan described it as a tentative mixture between Sticks And Stones and Catalyst, but a little more mature sounding. He also mentioned there are no new developments yet on the label front."
